   What is "dinosaur law?"  Good question.  No, we don't represent the dinosaur!  Rather we have represented those who arrange dinosaur fossil digs, dig up the fossils, and seek to sell them.  There are many rules and regulations which govern such activities which must be followed in order to carry out these tasks appropriately.

Employment Law Employer
   Mark and Lesa have experience in employment law, mostly on the side of the employer.  Employment disputes must be carefully handled, especially in these days of heightened interest in employee rights.  If an employer does not document, document, document, and carry out its HR tasks appropriately, trouble will surely follow.

   Mark has represented numerous landlords in his practice.  Landlords, justs like employers, must manage their properties in the proper manner or face serious consequences.  We try to assist you in so doing.

   This is a broad category which can entail almost any area of the law (within reason).  Mark and Lesa "cut their teeth" in the field of litigation, but as we have said elsewhere on this site, sometimes full-blown litigation is not the answer.  But sometimes it is!

  Lesa has a great deal of experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) matters.  Having represented many construction companies, including Fortune 500 companies, in OSHA matters, Lesa brings OSHA compliance and litigation experience to the table in this field.

   Mark and Lesa have represented many people who have been injured and seek compensation for these injuries.  Most of these cases involve car crashes, but some have involved other injuring factors, including, medical errors.

   Real estate litigation can range from property line disputes to purchase and sale disputes to partition actions between owners and so on.  Mark and Lesa have engaged in such litigation, which are many times hotly disputed.

   Mark has represented many individuals in defense of traffic matters ranging from driving on suspended licenses, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, speeding, and other serious matters.  The vast majority of these matters have involved negotiated results, but sometimes these matters need to be tried to get a desired result.

   Mark and Lesa have set up many estate plans, including trusts, life insurance trusts, simple wills, more complex wills, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and the like.  Further, Mark and Lesa have engaged in trust and estate litigation to resolve disputes between beneficiaries, trustees, personal representatives, and the like.
